In 2018, McCarthy Group worked with Goldspring Group during a 72-hour shutdown period at Tarro for a track reconstruction on the coal line.

We provided Goldspring Group with the following:

  • Plant
  • Labour
  • Equipment services

Our contribution was essential to the successful completion of the job. The track reconstruction on the coal line required McCarthy Group to manoeuvre plant into tight spaces and alter the way they conducted work.

A large portion of this work took place underneath a bridge in a challenging and tight location that required careful choice of machinery. We utilised our extensive experience to ensure we had the right equipment and the right people on the job to overcome the challenge.
