Project Details

In October 2018, McCarthy Group was awarded the Civil Works Package for Whiddon Group Residential Aged Care Facility.

A list of services McCarthy Group initially provided to Woollam Constructions during Stage 1 of this
project include:

Bulk earthworks (approx 14,000m3)
Construction of roads and fire trail
Detailed excavation
Backfill and other associated works

During Stage 2 of the Project, McCarthy Group provided the following services:

Remediation works for temporary access roads and hardstands
Box out of all internal roads and carparks
Subbase and base course prep
Kerb and gutter
Asphalt
Bulk earthworks
Detailed excavation
Detention basins 1 & 2
