McCarthy Group assisted in completing 1000m2 carpark in 2 months and then completed external works for local Council.

During our time here McCarthy Group showcased the ability to manage and construct a simple yet challenging Carpark Construction and as such, the Scope of Works involved:

  • Remediating the site from GSW recyclable
  • Constructing a bridging layer to combat a weak existing subgrade material
  • Prepared 250m of Kerb which involved multiple corners and hand-formed sections
  • Prepared 400m2 of subbase for concrete pavement
  • Constructed 550m2 of Asphalt Pavement
  • Construction of concrete vehicle access pavements and Council footpath
  • Working around multiple trades in a small area with a challenging program schedule
